The security cameras showed that she stuffed a top, a jacket and a pair of jeans from into her designer bag from a rack in Saks. She accepted the charge and the punishment was that she would have to do five days community service in a soup kitchen. Kate was shocked to hear the judgment and accepted it with tears in her eyes. Her defense attorney, Adam Miller, announced that she was found guilty, since she is a busy person, she would be asked to serve a soup kitchen for five days as a penalty.
